The high damage threshold of the CVD diamonds is achieved with the combination of the record-breakingly high heat conductivity, low heat expansion, relatively low optical absorption coefficient, and high mechanical strength.
Scope of application: : high power lasers, terahertz space research windows, lithographic machinery optics, gyrotron windows, etc.
